Shipping policy
All orders are processed and dispatched on business days (Monday–Friday) from our facility in Melbourne, Australia.
MAREVÉ offers international shipping. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the delivery location.
Orders are typically dispatched within 48 hours of purchase; however, dispatch timeframes are not guaranteed. During peak periods, including but not limited to promotional events, public holidays, and high-volume seasons, dispatch may take up to 2–5 business days. By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept these potential delays.
All orders are shipped with tracking. A shipping confirmation email, including tracking details, will be provided once the parcel has been transferred to Australia Post.
Estimated delivery timeframes are provided as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch. MAREVÉ makes no representations or warranties regarding delivery times and shall not be held liable for any delays caused by carriers, customs processing, or other factors beyond our control.
Title and risk in the goods pass to the customer upon dispatch. Once an order has been handed over to Australia Post, MAREVÉ shall not be liable for any loss, theft, or damage occurring in transit.
All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD). For international orders, prices displayed do not include any applicable import duties, customs fees, taxes, or other charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.
The customer, as the importer of record, is responsible for ensuring compliance with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Any applicable duties, taxes, or fees required for customs clearance must be paid by the customer. MAREVÉ accepts no liability for such charges.
If a parcel is returned to MAREVÉ due to failed delivery, refusal, or failure to pay applicable customs charges, the customer will be responsible for all re-shipping costs, including any return fees, duties, and taxes incurred.
Lost or Damaged Goods?
MAREVÉ is not responsible for any goods lost, stolen, or damaged after dispatch. In the event of non-delivery within a reasonable timeframe, MAREVÉ may, at its sole discretion, assist the customer in initiating an investigation with the shipping carrier; however, this does not constitute acceptance of liability.
