Return Policy
MAREVÉ aims to ensure customer satisfaction with all purchases. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may be eligible to return your item(s) in accordance with the terms outlined below.
Returns are accepted for store credit only. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
Return Process
To initiate a return, you must:
- Notify MAREVÉ within 7 days of receiving your order by contacting here.
- Return the item(s) to the address provided by MAREVÉ using a trackable shipping service.
- Ensure the item(s) are returned in their original condition, including original packaging and any accompanying materials.
- Provide MAREVÉ with the return tracking number once the parcel has been dispatched.
MAREVÉ is not responsible for any returns lost or damaged in transit. Failure to use a trackable shipping method is at the customer’s risk.
Store credit will be issued within 14 business days of the returned item(s) being received and inspected by MAREVÉ.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return:
- Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition
- All original packaging and tags must be intact
- Items must not show any signs of wear, damage, or alteration
MAREVÉ reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit:
- Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
- Sale items
- Promotional or discounted items
- Personalised or custom-made items
Faulty Items
Refunds will only be issued where an item is confirmed to have a manufacturing fault. Claims for faulty items must be made within a reasonable timeframe by contacting our Customer Care team with supporting evidence.
MAREVÉ reserves the right to assess and verify all claims of fault prior to approving any refund or replacement.
Sale Items
All sale items are considered final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or credited under any circumstances.
